They will try to cheat you out of pay by not paying for all hours worked. They will lie to you and never follow through with promises. Their support of their employees is non existent and training is a joke.

Always has work available. If you need a job and can pass basic requirements and background check you will be hired.
Cons
Scheduling can be uncertain or random depending on the site. Scope of work creep on some sites. If you are a good/dependable worker you tend to be stuck in the position and growth is difficult.
