Pros
The pay is great, especially for those who grow their territories and start hitting bonuses and building their commission. Good benefits, and 20 days PTO start. The option to have a hybrid schedule varies depending on manager, but company is consistent in allowing for work-life balance (doctor's appointments, school drop offs, etc). Also get cellphone/gas allowance, and are able to expense all client lunches, happy hours, outings, as well as some internal meals. Lots of opportunities to grow, whether it be internal leadership, national sales opportunities, corporate positions, etc.
Cons
The sales cycle is long, particularly when breaking a new account, so it can take a while to get going. Very little training. Mostly just online modules and then the expectation from management is to "shadow" other sellers. While culture in most offices tends to be fast paced, friendly, energetic, and full of high performers, it can be very difficult for new people to get anyone to slow down to help them, or get partnership in the beginning.
