- no direction from the top management - never appreciate the efforts of the hard working staff - restructuring every 3 months - you can survive only if you know how to play "politics" - business is bad esp after covid

-Machiavellian upper management (watch your back or be stabbed in it) -"restructuring" out anyone who disagrees - very regular restructuring -No actual maternity leave cover as promised -Senior people not qualified for their position pushing actually qualified and talented people out of their positions.

Too many - management lack of leadership and always changes direction - management only favour to those “shoe polisher” - frequent restructuring for no reason
