      Pros

      imageQUEST cares about their employees and customers. The salary and commission structure in sales is very competitive and you have the ability to make good money.

      Cons

      If you aren't self motivated and driven this isn't the job for you. But, if you are self motivated and driven you have the ability to make a great career with this company.

      Pros

      Could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking to "SELL", iQ, Xerox is home. No day is the same, you become educated on every vertical market. You have to work hard to make 70+ your 1st 4 years but it's possible. Lastly, best of both worlds, we have Xerox if we need them, yet have the ability for local decision making. You would not be wise to go to Ricoh, Km, Cannon direct where it takes weeks to get a simple answer.

      Cons

      Keep improving order registry efficiency. We hate getting an order signed just to spend the rest of the month dealing with it.

      Multiple avenues for career advancement. Challenged to bring the best you everyday. Bonus pay for extra effort. Fast growing company with lots of opportunity for driven individuals. Culture is fantastic Management cares about your success.

      If you are not willing to be pushed or work this is not the place for you.
