      Pros

      I came to iDirect right out of college, not knowing much about networking and basically textbook knowledge, but I've come to really grow and love the whole telecommunications industry! The team I'm in is great, I have a manager who's really pushing for everyone on the team to grow into higher positions to contribute more, and the benefits like PTO are just awesome (base 17 days plus 3 sick days, and you're encouraged to take all of it, it is use it or lose it though).

      Cons

      There was a recent round of layoffs as part of a restructure, but I feel the company is starting to run more efficiently as a result of it.
