Pros

Awesome benefits Blue Cross health plan is great. PTO is policy is great too. Friendly and competitive atmosphere. Great incentives. They are really big on promoting from within. One of the best things about working here is that the company gives everyone the same chance to make great money. Whether you walk in as a seasoned sales rep who’s worked sales for years or someone who’s just getting your feet wet in the sales world, everyone is given the same opportunities and tools to succeed.

Cons

It’s a very fast paced job. I don’t see this as a con but I can see how some people would.
