Pros

Creative, fun, and kind team doing industry leading work for some incredible clients all around the world.

Cons

As with most jobs in this industry there are slow times and busy times. The busy times can be pretty hectic.

Pros

- This place is a great for up-and-coming filmmakers - The office is in a really beautiful location - The staff is great - Shoots are usually fairly relaxed - Lots of work to keep everyone busy - They are very patient when you are learning their systems - You can learn a lot

Cons

- Very little room for professional growth within the company - The turnover rate seems fairly high - Many of the projects start to feel the same after working there for a while. Pretty much all corporate videos with the same shooting style and content.

Pros

The eMotion crew is a family. From assistant editors (like myself) to the producers and directors, every team member has an important say and is looked after in terms of growth and direction. Work schedules are flexible, projects are passed around for everyone to see and critique, and company parties are frequent. There is always opportunities to move to different work areas if desired (post to production, on set to off, etc.)

Cons

Just so as not to leave this area blank I'm writing that I really couldn't come up with a single con.
