The management sucks, especially as you look farther up the (theoretical) food chain. It took a fellow employee threatening to get lawyers involved to get their 90 day review (which was two months late when they finally got around to it) that all employees are promised in their contract. They were also not given back pay on the raise that they got with their "90" day review. They're not the only one either. Lots of employees are constantly complaining that their 90 day, semi-annual, and annual reviews are late. I got out as soon as possible (two and a half months into my employment). And if you think that this kind of treatment only applies to production grunts such as myself, think again. Even the skilled workers are treated like less than dirt.
