A truly collaborative environment, very supportive of learning & growth. Leadership gets to know employees by name, and wants to hear new ideas & questions from new staff - and really means it! Anyone can have an idea about anything. Management takes the time to mentor & teach, and supports growth.

Cons

Not always a bad thing, but as a private company directives are often based on partner's desires vs. metrics broadcast to shareholders, and as such it can take a little while to get up to speed.

- You will be surrounded by the smartest and hardest working colleagues - You will feel a great level of satisfaction after bringing a big project to completion (and there are many of them) - Leadership that truly cares about the growth and trajectory of each individual - Being curious and trying new things is encouraged, even if it fails - The maternity level policy is excellent now, as it was a focus to improve over the years - Many women in leadership - Everyone's voice is heard and speaking up with conflicting views is encouraged because it only makes us better - Strong vision and values - There is an in-house Creative department that is wildly talented and works on everything from property branding to art moments to integrated campaigns and everything in between - The people, the people, the people.

Cons

- The corporate office is located in Chestnut Hill so commuting can be a challenge if you don't live close by
