Pros

Vivid has great people, fast paced but laid back atmosphere, and pretty decent oportunity. If you are willing and want to learn, they do not hesitate to teach. Very flexible if you have any issues outside of work.

Cons

The interview process is a bit lengthy. They take a lot of stock in the 4 or 5 tests that you take.

Pros

Outstanding team atmosphere, almost feels like family with a little less drama. Highly focused on getting our projects right without the threat of an "got you" culture. Get to work on cool sign and graphics projects. The pay is above market for Baton Rouge. Hours are flexible as they offer two shifts.

Cons

It's hot on the production floor. AC is lacking. Two locations requires walking back and forth between two buildings. Sales and account management teams stressed due to heavy account loads. Benefits plan sucks, bad.
