Great Culture

Pros

It's sure tough to find a company with a healthy company culture, but I've found that here. Not only is there a constant push to innovate and take risks, but there's a healthy respect among the entire team. It sounds trite, but there's a sense that we're all in this together, and that levels the playing field, removes the typical hierarchical company drama, and allows us to try new ideas, fail quickly, and adapt.

Cons

We're still in that early-stage growth phase, so people often have to wear a few hats, which can be challenging. Plus there are new people starting just about every week, so learning all those names is a beast.

Fun Company To Work At

Pros

Great team to work with. Great company culture. Offers benefits. Work with a cool technology. Open and collaborative atmosphere. Nicely redesigned office space. Free coffee and occasional happy hours.

Cons

Old school management mentality and slow to change. Management thinks they know everything and likes to use a lot of buzzwords. Still in startup mode, so pay was lower.
