Very challenging work, but very rewarding. Get to help companies identify their eMarketing strategies and execute on them. Working from home.
Cons
Unpredictable revenue. Work/life balance can sometimes get unbalanced. Not enough hardware and software resources which sometimes causes issues with solution delivery.
