Pros

Transformational Leadership & Vision – The newer senior leadership team has a multi‑year roadmap that finally looks beyond the next sprint. That long‑term vision is energizing and gives real purpose to day‑to‑day work. Data‑Driven, Value‑Focused Culture – Decisions increasingly start with data and dealer/customer value rather than gut feel. As an analytics‑minded person, that’s a huge win. Bright, Helpful Colleagues – I’m constantly learning from exceptionally smart people across product, engineering, and analytics—not just within my immediate team. Personal Growth Opportunities – Fixing legacy “band‑aid” systems isn’t always glamorous, but it has fast‑tracked my technical and problem‑solving skills.

Cons

Legacy Tech & Processes – Years of patchwork solutions mean you’ll spend noticeable time untangling old code/process debt before shipping new features. Change Fatigue – Transformation is exciting, but constant re‑alignment and shifting priorities can feel chaotic if you thrive on stability.
