      Support remote work, driven but cool culture, some wicked smart and passion people.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, there's always more stuff to do than time, money or people to do it all.

      Not perfect but tough to beat

      Pros

      - Super cool people from all walks of life and lots of different professional backgrounds - Hard pressed to find more transparency or access to information anywhere else - Passionate about the technology (almost to a fault) and vision to empower more people to build their own software for work.

      Cons

      - TrackVia sells low code software which is still a predominantly early adopter type product. Not everyone gets it or wants it. - Backed by PE firm so cost management and growth is always at the forefront of every decision and conversation (vs innovation or “best to work” as top priorities. - great people overall but ya still run into people who treat it like a job and do as little as they can get away with.
