- Founders always have availability for those interested in learning - Executive freedom to pursue and experiment with - Ability to work from home to be flexible with my schedule - CEO & Founders have a future-focused vision which wonderfully balances out the other Business Executives - Stellar Engineering and Technology team that makes a brilliant storage product

- Interesting and challenging work environment. Lots of collaboration to release software frequently. - Company paid for non-standard software and hardware that was requested to help me to my job better. - Direct management was good, providing support and direction as needed. - Good benefits provided (Relocation, health, dental, 401(k), snacks, etc.) - Good work/life balance.
Cons
Would have liked more frequent all-hands meetings.
