      Flexible schedule, lesson plans already made.

      Cons

      Although they tried to cluster children in the same neighborhoods so you wouldn't be driving across town, sometimes there were some children that were pretty far. You did have the option to decline though.

      Pros

      Great salary for work that is done, great benefits, and also great flexible hours. Weekends are available as well.

      Cons

      There is a negative advantage in tutoring children after 5pm because that means you can work less hours.
