      It sucked from the beginning

      Pros

      Onsite apartment, besides the apt there were no pros for working for them. But I have to make this at 20 words.

      Cons

      Company is family owned and has family working upper management. They do not care about there employees one bit. They are not family oriented. If you have a family and are looking to advance in company to make things better for both. Go work somewhere else. This company keeps you on edge 24/7, they fire people because of reasons they can not fix. They need to step up and keep the employees who worth keeping (with 12 years exp.) and employees who have great customer service skills. I started to work at a location in Vegas and was on edge all the time. They bring no tools to the table to help there stores. They are not very well experienced. WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will be much better off.

      Pros

      They have good branding and a good concept. There is a good HR department. They appear interested in growing their business prospects.

      Cons

      They manage by putting out "fires", instead of dealing with things before things are out of hand. The owner's ego gets in his way of making wise decisions,such as having all three of his children with big titles at the corporate office, yet they have no responsiblities. The family is disfunctional and unfortunately everyone knows about it.

      Pros

      Working as a site manager or relief is relatively easy, some sites are live-on so company provides home & utilities paid. Mileage reimbursement.

      Cons

      Company is family-owed and operated which creates nepotism. Almost no ability to move up in company and even if you are promoted, it usually means more responsibility with no pay increase. Company pushes for results while taking away any tools you could use to market your site. Keep employees on payroll who create more work for others...
