Pros

* Leadership team has an extremely high EQ, making it particularly easy and stressless to work for Stacklet * Extremely flexible on pretty much every level * Product based on an Open Source project with a great community * Fast paced yet not rushed progression * Working from EU means being a contractor, which I like (but this could be seen as a problem by others so putting in both sections) * Outstanding culture and openness

Cons

* Current geography spread is very US centric, so work hours in EU tend to drift towards the end of the day. * Working from EU means being a contractor, which I like (but this could be seen as a problem by others so putting in both sections)

Pros

Great people, supportive CEO, fast-moving startup with great opportunities to grow into areas you're interested in. They care about people and not just about the job to get done.

Cons

Still finding their footing on some processes and changes at different stages of growth. Typical startup growing pains. Motivations are great but communication isn't always perfect.

Pros

* Get to work with some brilliant engineering minds * The technology is in a league of it's own and is based off Cloud Custodian (very popular OSS project) * Company culture is one of the healthiest I've ever worked in * Stage it's currently in allows for agility when updating processes and tooling * Everyone who works here is passionate and dedicated * Even though it's a startup, work-life balance is heavily prioritized and enforced * OKR organization and review allows for clarity on where your time should be spent

Cons

* it's a startup, so has SPOFs here and there * Sometimes you have to perform tasks and objectives outside your JD, but everyone is supportive and nonjudgemental in helping you to get where you need to be. Major opportunity for personal growth! * has some really hefty goals, but executives still understand what's realistic * the company recognizes that we have work to do for representing demographics underserved in tech and makes this a priority for future hiring - this isn't like other companies where D&I are merely buzzwords.
