      Pros

      Spray-Net is a place for individuals who are passionate and enjoy working hard. There's opportunity for professional and creative expression. I would not recommend for anyone who isn't invested into their role as the work requires full commitment and investment. The team are great to work with and encourage good open and honest communication.

      Cons

      The workload can be very heavy. As the company grows, there are some pains which are inevitable. Anyone who likes extremely structured corporate-type environments would not necessarily like it here unless they were open to a different type of workplace environment.
