Pros
Hybrid scheduling. Clean environment with a semi-open space. Depending on the department you're working with, it's very friendly and chill. Not too stressful (again depending on the organization of your dept.)
Cons
Archaic CRM system, too much manual data work that shouldn't be done manually, especially by the technical designers. Lack of windows. Can be very cold during winter.
