Source is wonderful place to work. The training and induction provided for consultants is thorough and comprehensive. And whilst it is challenging, it will set you up with your best chance to be successful. Recruitment is a hard job, but Source provides the training and support that will make you successful, so long as you put the yards in. The management team are not only fantastic recruiters amd managers but also amazing people who geniuenly care about the staff. Along with the owner, Annika, they create a great environment and support network that not only helps you be successful but also have fun doing it. The biggest plus is that the management team listen to and action everyone's input. It might not always be possible to act on your suggestions, but they are always considered - that's rare for an established recruitment agency.

Induction process is very thorough! Constant Learning and development supplied. The support given amongst consultants and across teams is brilliant and 'the norm' here, at Source. Flexibility, great incentives and a lovely bunch of people to work with!
