Culture is fun/laid back, supervisors are nice. Easy to have time off approved if needed Friendly coworkers Easy to learn more tasks Willingness to train in multiple areas (gain lots of new experiences) Health insurance great - raises available for growth lacking
Cons
Upper management completely unorganized Inconsiderate management team regarding pay raises/reviews Tribal knowledge within upper managers, communcation is terrible and important information is withheld
