      Pros

      Excellent business domain experience. Good team spirit. Approachable managers.

      Cons

      Average benefits. Old codebase that is kept alive with hacks without a real intention to re-factor for performance and scalability. Management tends to take technical decisions without having enough technical experience. A lot of politics is going on in the background these days. No plans to upgrade the technical skills of the staff. Multiple levels of inefficient management.
