Team-focused environment, flexible hours, great benefits, perfect for self-starters and people who don't need hand-holding on the job, supportive team of specialists, celebrate successes together
Cons
It sometimes feels disjointed with the office being split into two branches. It's easy for one side of the building to not know what's going on with the opposite side. We could definitely benefit from a few more all-team meetings.
