I learned a lot of new skills and industries that I have been able to use since then.
Cons
The work environment is incredibly chaotic. Rules and processes change by the minute and at the whim of the owner. The money first approach is rampant and affects not only the employees and in house contractors, but also the tenants and the investors due to the buildings not being taken care of by qualified contractors.
