      -Tight knit marketing team -Travel for events -Full ownership of programs from start to finish -Upper management looks out for the the marketing team

      -Long Hours, esp when working with West Coast teams -Marketers are sometimes stretched thin with workload

      Everyone was very nice and it was pretty much what you expect from a magazine--frequent deadlines, chaos, basic administrative tasks etc...

      Cons

      I really never did any research or writing, which is why I wanted to pursue that field in the first place. I mostly opened boxes and ran errands.

      Got to meet a ton of great people, celebrities and took a ton of awesome fitness classes

      Cons

      I was never really 'trained' I felt like I learned things as I made mistakes and then it was counted against me. They didn't want to put the effort into teaching me the basics.
