      Pros

      Administration operates with INTEGRITY. Staff is great to work alongside. You are treated with respect. It's truly a teamwork makes the dreamwork environment. Creativity is welcomed. (Within DCF guidelines) Compensation is competitive. Truly cares about the growth and development of the children. Amazing parent/staff relationships. Owner/Director always present. Paid holidays, vacation, sick days and other incentives/benefits. Open door policy.

      Cons

      I almost want to make something up to fill this section HOWEVER it's NOTHING that comes to mind as a Con.

      It feels like home

      Pros

      Extremely accommodating when things come up at home and supportive when there are challenges in the classroom.

      Cons

      It's tough working during COVID but that goes for anywhere. It's hard to find reliable team members so the rest of us aren't there such long days.
