Pros

They start you at a competitive wage around $24/hour, and there’s real potential to move up to about $30/hour if you’re trained on lasers. The work itself can be enjoyable, especially if you're not on the shipping team. Outside of certain departments, the day-to-day can be relatively chill and manageable. The best part of this job is the people. Most of the coworkers are kind, hardworking, and supportive. Erin and Jim are genuinely sweet and do a lot for the local community

Cons

The environment has become increasingly toxic due to poor leadership. One manager in particular shows clear favoritism and will find ways to retaliate if you raise concerns. Since he is close to the CEO, reporting issues feels risky and ineffective. Although they say they value feedback, they often label it as negativity and bring it up months later in a negative context. They also have a pattern of firing people for almost anything, especially when it comes to new systems or processes. Instead of proper training or communication, they experiment as they go, and employees end up getting blamed when things don't work perfectly. It creates a lot of anxiety, especially for newer hires trying to do their best with unclear guidance. If you are a woman, the environment can feel particularly uncomfortable. Inappropriate comments are common, and any discomfort you express is dismissed as being too sensitive. Examples include being told to flirt with drivers or having your body commented on. One of the main managers also has serious anger issues, often reacting with clenched fists and visible frustration whenever employees bring up valid concerns. Overall, it is not a safe or supportive space for long-term growth.
