Pros

I really enjoyed working at SP. Leadership is great and really values employees, their ideas, and their growth. They treat their employees with importance, they are more than just a number. The company culture is excellent, everyone is extremely hard working and dedicated to their work. Monthly happy hours are hosted by SP and are a good time to relax and connect with coworkers. This company is really innovative and always staying ahead of the curve.

Cons

Lack of work/life balance was ultimately the reason I left.

Pros

- The company is on the right track with the right vision and a great leadership team. They have managed to maintain their focus on employee wellness and culture even as the company looks to expand. Credit has to go to Tom (CEO) and the leadership team for all the work they put in. -Good pay, great benefits and additional perks (team days, dog-friendly office, paid volunteer days, professional growth stipend.) - Excellent training and growth opportunities. - There is a real sense of transparency and honesty amongst the group which stems from management. Monthly 'Town Hall' meetings and frequent company-wide updates make you feel like an integral part of the project. -Kind, thoughtful, intelligent group striving for personal and professional growth together. - Perfect downtown location with a gorgeous rooftop patio!

Cons

Barely any. It can be hard to concentrate in the office at times, but there are plenty of private rooms/additional spaces if you need to break away and focus. Also, be warned it is a fast-paced environment which can be testing during peak periods.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Agreed, sometimes it can be hard to concentrate in the open plan office. This was a critical consideration in our expansion and the design of the space. We added conference and call rooms. In addition, the expansion of the space to include "The Loft" with its more laid-back environment and the roof deck now provides a plethora of options to escape the main floor.
