I have worked for other consultants prior and post this opportunity and have never found a company that treated their employees fairly, and with respect. Sure, sometimes the work load can be challenging especially in the summer months, but at least employees know that management will make every effort to retain employees during the slower season. SES has a good staff compliment, some senior people with 30 plus years of relevant experience and some junior staff still learning the ropes. Wages are based on experience and job roles. I think management does a great of recognizing the talent they have and reward them accordingly. The co-workers are friendly, yet professional and management is always approachable. SES is a great community silent contributor. I am a former employee and would still be there if I had not moved away from Edmonton.

The Company has a great diverse Culture. The Management and Staff are excellent to work with, great team environment, Management always step in when required to get the projects completed in a timely fashion as timelines are driven by the clients we service. SES demonstrates excellent safety to all employees. I was referred by one of our clients to join SES Engineering as I was going to retire but needed to work for a few more years. I have been with the Company since 2002 and pay is above what I was earning before. SES recognizes experience and dedication.
