Pros

I’ve been here a number of years and I can honestly say that with advances in Generative AI we are now delivering very high level value to customers and it’s showing in all the large deals we’re doing with big, serious companies

Cons

Quite a lot of technical debt in the product

Pros

I recently left Relative Insight for pastures new but I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to accelerate their career in sales/customer success. It is not easy...it is a tough gig but you learn a lot. IMO, no SAAS role is straight forward now, it's all super challenging. The Chief Rev Officer, James Cuthbertson is top. He coached me from day 1 and I learnt so much from him. He is very hands on which of course can be intense at times as he is answering directly to the CEO but you learn so much and you always know what you are doing well and where you could perhaps improve. I miss him a lot.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't any - other than the fact it is a challenge because SAAS generally is a nice to have in this economic climate however if you stick with James and let him coach you, you will do great things.

Pros

Relative, like many other tech companies has restructured in the last year and reduced headcount - which of course ruffles some feathers, which is reflected in both Relative's and other similar companies reviews. But don't let people who no longer work here put you off. The company is in incredible shape, producing more revenue now than when the headcount was over twice the size - with most teams hitting target each month. The comms has also been upped, and everyone here has a clear understanding of company goals and targets and genuinely enjoy working together.

Cons

With a smaller team, there is no hiding and there's pressure to perform at an incredibly high level - but you are paid and comp'd accordingly
