Pros
- work remotely with full autonomy - great team that is experienced and gets the job done quickly - management is awesome and listens, very understanding - flexible work hours and vacation availability - laid back office vibe with no mircomanagement
Cons
- company culture could be stronger - not much in the way of staff functions, volunteer days, etc.

- Well established, market leader, steady growth - Family owned and operated - Culture is such that every employee matters and teamwork is essential - Low stress workplace, beautiful location

Not a con exactly: if you prefer anonymity in the workplace, this probably isn't the job for you.
