They provide a very flexible work schedule if thats what you need. The workplace vibe is pretty casual when the restaurant isn't busy and makes it a fun place to work.
Cons
When it isn't baseball season the restaurant really dies down and they really cut down on the amount of jobs/hours they can provide. Best as a second/part time job!
