Pros
Decent pay. Good way to enter the field with little experience. Decent benefits. Friendly employee staff. Very interesting work. Company provided climbing equipment. Very good 401k match %.
Cons
Fighting for viable safety concerns was at times impossible. Long hours away from home with no compensation other than base pay. Safety officer is only used in defense of management's needs never for the employee concerns. Communication at the company should be kept in written form as middle-management conveniently forgets conversations and how jobs were planned.
