Pros
Family like environment. Decent Pay Friendly Management. A comfortable environment to come too everyday, a feeling of success as projects are completed.
Cons
Benefits could be better. Some disorganization between management. Dissatisfaction between Shop and management. It appears some within the company haven't gotten regular raises.
