      Pros

      Great team, friendly people. The energy storage industry is in a very interesting place right now. The product is unique and challenging, work is never dull.

      Work load ramps up and down, slow times can be a bit of a bummer

      Pros

      Friendly teammates, exciting time to be working in the energy storage field. The company was at an exciting stage too. Flexible internship start/end dates

      Cons

      Limited machining time. Some teams wouldn't eat together regularly which for me would be depressing. No cafeteria means you have to either bring lunch, walk, or drive to lunch, and there are limited options in Hayward.
