The atmosphere and employees are great. Working in the office is not exhausting like some firms can be. Hybrid work is a great perk when there are things that need to be done at home or doctor visits. Overtime pay is huge, along with profit sharing.
Cons
A smaller firm means sometimes overtime is required to get work done.
The workflow is steady, and the company has made a concerted effort to bring quality to a high level. Review of projects is constantly ongoing, and standards are in place. The company is moving into a very nice building , for a better work environment.
Cons
There are opportunities to become a leader, and it is expected that designers step up to exert that leadership. Not sure that is a "Con" but it can present a nice challenge at times.
