      Good benefits, above average pay for the area, career advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      It is a manufacturing plant, so be ready for constant loud noise while in the plant. Use PPE!

I continue to be impressed with their overall desire to adapt and improve, the opportunities they provide for personnel to grow and progress, the consistent bonus incentives they offer, and their commitment to giving back to their local communities.
