      Pros

      CEO Eugene Carr is a true entrepreneur and leader. It's a pleasure to work with motivated and caring people. The overall culture is very positive and fun. Turnover is very low. Great teamwork. While there are a lot of remote workers, everybody feels part of the team and their voice is heard. Love this place! And BTW, we offer a terrific product.

      long standard workday 9am-6pm although people are on different schedules.

      After being placed under an umbrella with other companies (who were for-profit) it was harder to be focused on doing what's right over what makes money.

      Excellent team, really inspiring and effective leadership.

      Cons

      It never felt like the executive arm/parent company (Patron Technology) took our work seriously and paid us waaaaaay below industry standard for the type of work we did.
