Good hours (40 a week) for only 8 weeks of your summer Get to mentor/tutor some awesome students from around the city Looks good on resumes Allows you to work with other gifted college students interested in helping community
Cons
It is very hard to take a day off, whether or not you are really sick Depending on what site you are at, some site directors are more strict than others Parents can be a pain
