Pros
OrgSync has some of the brightest development minds and everyone in the company is top tier talent in their field, there are no weak links. The team has grown from a garage to a much larger company but maintains the start-up family feel as well as the spirit of working hard to get a job done. There is an intense commitment to customer happiness and doing good work.
Cons
The only con to working at OrgSync is being located at 635, the worst highway in the world.

Pros
OrgSync is a young, vibrant, & hard-working company. I love my position and the people I have an opportunity to work with. It's a positive working environment that provides a good balance of collaboration and independent work. The higher-ups really care about the well being of their employees.
Cons
The company still has a start-up vibe to it. I find this rewarding but for other, less flexible people, this may be an issue.
