      Pros

      There is alot of room to grow. Management allows you to make your own path. The location is good, and there are big windows.

      Cons

      Very aggressive staff. Hostile environment and oddly competitive. CEO is unsupportive and unwilling to help develop, very much - sink or swim mentality.
