- Very flat organisation - Very approachable management (are allways present at monthly meetings) - Very smart colleagues on which you can count and are willing to help out - You're allways involved in the company somehow - You're encouraged to improve and not just make money for the company

- Salary is of average level (just enough), may be a turndown for some.
