      Good Company for Growth - Pay is substandard

      Pros

      This is overall a good company. Flexible work environment, solid leadership and good underwriting expertise to help you learn.

      Cons

      The pay is below industry average. Turnover is high because of this. People are constantly being poached to higher paying companies. They tell you that is is based on the market, however this is only true if they aim to be one of the lower paying companies in the market.
