      - Open management board (CEO, HR department, PMs) - Funny and also serious colleagues, you can trust them any time - Many possibilities for growing path from a tester point of view, because there are different types of projects - Excellent support from senior colleagues - Flexible work is possible - Different types of Extra activities are organised periodically

      Pros

      Nice friendly atmosphere where everyone knows everyone. Nice projects to work on since the company is developing projects for the travel industry. No micro-management from bosses. Everyone takes responsibilities for work. Pretty flat hierarchy in the company. Room for personal development. Managers are focusing on the people's knowledge growth. Pretty relaxed hours.

      Other than challenging (in a good way) projects, I don't have any real cons about this company.
