Pros

The CEO and corporate leads care deeply about their staff. Always available to help whenever needed, and always willing to listen to new ideas and share valuable insight. They know their staff by name, not by numbers. It’s very rare when you’re sad to see your CEO and RM leave your store for the day.

Cons

It’s a busy job and you have to be prepared for that, but that’s not the company it’s just the industry we’re in. The interview process is long but it ensures top talent is selected so feel good about yourself if you are selected.
