      Clean, temperature controlled setti g, bright, organized store.

      Cons

      Can take a while to build up enough seniority to go beyond being a "casual" worker to become "permanent" (when the good money starts).

      Great potential for long term career. Great size of staff. Fair wages and benefits. Union position.

      Cons

      If you are a casual employee, be prepared to get the short end of the stick for a while but if you stick it through until part time or full time then you're golden.
