      Pros

      - nice to experience different teams, especially if you aren't sure what you want to do full time - they plan cohort activities so that you are able to bond with people your age in the same program as you - they emphasize learning and being able to grow from these teams (less pressure of contributing)

      Cons

      - smaller impact on teams due to short nature of rotations - most teams are remote (could be pro) so less of an interpersonal element

      This is a good opportunity for new grads. You will have 4 rotations every 6 months within US offices. It's good for who wants to get exposed to different tech stacks and office culture.

      Cons

      It may not be suitable for someone who wants to be in the same team for a long term. Also 6 months is kind of short at some point.
