      Pros

      Culture and teamwork is great. Lots of smart people and a lot to learn. State of the art technology, autonomy to solve new problems. Employee experience has been a real focus and there is a lot of perks. Remote working.

      Cons

      Pressure to deliver consistently, high expectations. There has been a lot of change recently in senior management.

      - You'll get to work with some of the most brilliant people around. - Mindbridge has gone through a fair amount of change like any fast growing company, but the team has been unbelievably resilient and adaptable. - You can really be part of an impactful change in some roles - and that's both exciting and challenging. - Mindbridge cares about the well-being of their employees - The culture is great and the people are wonderful.

      Cons

      - Sometimes you have to a wear a few different hats, and that can get challenging. - Growing pains sometimes get frustrating but leadership support is key
