Pros
If you come up with a good idea, you will advance. Employees are rewarded based on contribution and hard work.
Cons
Sometimes the work life balance is not there especially if a client has an image problem after a negative post goes viral. Occasionally employees are called in from vacation to help when a client needs help saving their image. The upside, the company does pay an extra bonus for missing life events.

Pros
Work environment had a family-like atmosphere. Management actually listens to you and is awesome about promotion within and frequent performance base pay raises.
Cons
None that I can think of. Had to move to the west coast for husband's job and miss it every day!
